@@laxahachygreens7289 Find a quiet area where you will not be disturbed. Sit comfortably with your back straight, breathe in through your nose for a count of four and out through your mouth for a count of six. The out breath longer than the in breath will slow your heart rate enough for you to sense some calmness. Concentrate on the path of the air. If outer thoughts come in, which they will, allow them to pass like a cloud going by and return to watching the path of the air. Honestly, if you will follow The School of Breath, you will attain the relaxation and calm you seek. Namaste

I haven’t thought about it till you brought it up. Looking at the dark space above my eyes, when I would wake up I would lay in bed with my eyes slightly open, pictures would flash across that dark screen as I will call it, though to rapid to get a lasting impression, but amazing.

Yes amazing ! i practice this myself. I call it a transitional phase between wakefulness and sleep where you might see vivid visual phenomena. Amazing, I would like to join your courses but I can not afford, my two cancer surgeries have effectively struck my financial situation. You have to pay KZfaq a monthly fee to not get commercials!

There are lots of meditation video's who have the commercials in the beginning and at the end. Here the commercials are in the middle. So during the breathwork. And that is really annoying and distracting.

I've complained to you tube about this and they said its not the creator that decides if and when the ads the start its when KZfaq decides. And if u pay the monthly fee you don't have to deal with them.fyi I was told if the video doesn't have that many views the less likely we are to see ads.

@@tarafaulkner I use it every day and am looking for another video that has the same content. Every day I have to get out of my meditation to click away the ad, twice. So it does not work for me. Which is too bad, this way I can not get in as deep as I would want. I do know the creator can contact yt and explain it is a meditation , so they will not put the ads in during. Other creators can do that.

There is a light source when I close my eyes, or even when I go to the toilet, which is especially dark and has zero light. above my head and slightly behind me. I don't know what to do with that light source.

Blessings Guruji, new sub to help strengthen my lungs through pranayama - I've had asthma/bronchial issues since my thirties. And, in 2018, I was diagnosed with copd/ emphasema. Primary focus lungs - Loved the techniques (incorporated in my self care plan) and always enjoy meditations. Loving Gratitude, Námaste 🪷🙏 🪷

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with me! I have a question! I've been doing 3rd eye guided hypnosis meditations for some time now! As I'm doing these the crown if my head starts hurting and even after I'm finished it hurts for awhile. Is this normal? It's the strangest sensation. I hope to hear from you soon.
