I do like her, but if I have to pick I choose the 1st aurora version. That's mainly because I think the first one has ingredients that tell you about who Aurora is. For this one, I think she's beautiful, but there is no reference to Briar Rose. Or anything that tells me the story of her character. It even looks a bit Japanese with the flowers in the hair and the robe looks very similar to a kimono to me...

Exactly! Nothing about this doll screams Aurora. If they did not write that this is her then I would never recognize her. The only thing that points to her is the color of the dress, rabbit on the shoes and color of the eyes. I do not know why they chose butterflies and some flowers that never appear in the movie. Also this was perfect oportunity to give her, her iconic bangs maybe then she would be more recognizable.

I'm torn, because it's a gorgeous design, but doesn't feel like it suits the character. It's the same thing I thought about the Snow White doll from this collection.

I just wish she had earrings on both sides . This isn’t like Merida where the one earring was a statement piece and it suited Merida’s wild personality. Having only one earring makes very little sense for the style of earring and Aurora’s character.

She is pretty but I think the first designer Aurora is way better because she looks actually like her even though she does not have her bangs and her dress is pink and blue like in the movie and in her style. Here on the other hand her face looks like some Barbie doll or sth and this big jacket is making her look like some rich woman from telenovela 😭

Omg she's beautiful .gorgeous and elegant Briar Rose ( Aurora) 2nd re designed stylish different take on the classic Peasant Briar Rose 🌹 from the Movie Sleeping Beauty. I can't wait to buy her 💯 % she's one of my top favorite Disney princesses from the princesses line up

As someone who mainly collects Barbie and hasn't seen any of the modern Disney movies, I really like this doll. However, I can tell she looks more like a fashion doll than a Disney character, so I can see why some people are disappointed. With the lower edition size, I don't know if she will go on sale, but I would be interested at a sale price.

I’m not a fan 😥 there’s so many quality issues on the outfit.. you’re right about how they cut those holes without the lining… and her hair is very strange. Sadly a hard pass for me at $129

I like the 1 aurora much more. I love what they did to her dress and all the colours in the boks. I'm not a big fan of this one I also think she looks Japanese 🤔 it's a littel odd. but loved your review of her. so 1 million dollar question. Will these 3 dolls release in eu ???
