This song is about what we had to go through while walking to school back in Russia. Just a typical day going to middleschool back in 90s.

Actually “baba yaga” is like the most common fairytale character in Russia. Baba Yaga is a very old lady, one of her legs is just bone leg (no meat,no muscles,just bone), she lives in a forest in small wooden house that stands on big chicken legs (yeah) and she eats children, boils them and eats. I was like 4 years old and i was told that if I misbehave she will take me and eat me)0)

Yeaaaa you guys need to check out Shadow of Intent. Their vocalist Ben is an absolute monster in every way possible; his vocals are very deep but insanely clear and even intelligible (by harsh vocal standards at least). Their guitarist Chris is also a genuine genius imo- his riffs are catchy but very technical and melodic. Their sound in general is extremely theatrical as well, much in the vein of 2000s European Symphonic Black Metal. Malediction and Barren and Breathless Macrocosm are great places to start- Malediction is an melodic and epic track that showcases their versatility very well while Barren and Breathless Macrocosm shows their more brutal side but also showcases Ben’s vocals very well. Also since you mentioned IWABO, would highly recommend Spiritbox if you haven’t heard them yet! It’s Courtney and Mike’s new band, and they are absolutely blowing up right now for great reason!
