This part covers things like thumbs, hands, pelvises, down to knees, legs and feet. Then it ends on some draping fabric.

Do you feel these exercises have improved your drawing? If so, in what way?

Yeah they got me drawing faster, and being less precious about it. Just because of the sheer amount of it. So that helped. Also I think it helped with seeing proportions, as I have a tendency to make things too long/tall. They did help with anatomy but because I don’t draw anatomy that often, it’s easy to forget. I think I’d need to do anatomy constantly.
