Hello Pearl, my continued best wishes for a successful You Tube channel. Now, some advice on Aubergine Pickle please. I will try your recipe, it looks easy to do and I'm already eager to try it. I'm thinking that if made during the summer I might try the alternative method of "conditioning" the diced aubergine in the sun for 3 hours, sounds so authentic. I made my first home made aubergine pickle last year following a plentiful harvest of the veg from my greenhouse (not such a complete recipe as yours) How long would you keep your pickle for, assuming it wasn't; eaten before and would it be kept in the cupboard or refrigerator. Finally, can I beg you to send me a jar of your pickle please?
