I love how he talks up all the "extras" that were done aftermarket, and how they increase the value ($2k aero kit). If I showed up to sell a modified car with the same aero kit,, those same "extras" would be deductions on the value from my trade in..

Because people are broke, high inflation, businesses pulling back on hiring and spending and, some are sitting on the sidelines for these things and not to mention 22% increase in insurance costs makes these kind of cars stupid buys. I've had three vettes in my life a 370z and an nsx and I will more than likely never buy a sportscar again.

I've never had a heat soak problem here in Las Vegas on a 2016 Z06 Z07. On the cup two tires still.

Another great video Mike. As to the C5 Anniversary Edition, wish it was a manual, but it being an automatic is not necessarily a deal breaker. IMO rather than have the Magnaflow exhaust, I would have put on the Corsa Extreme exhaust which I've had on my Vettes. As to the wheels, I would never get rid of the factory wheels, but for this C5 I'd have to go with chrome wheels even though now my favorite is Carbon Flash which I now have on my GS. As to the Blue C6 ZO6, the Borla exhaust does sound good. Very good. 👍👍 I do like the aesthetic mods done to it as well. As to the Silver C7 ZO6, the Spice Red is really the only red that I'd go with, and it goes very well with the body color. Sure wish it was a manual though.

Don’t agree with the pricing!!! 2019 Z06 manual were selling in 2020 brand new for $72K. Good video Mike!!! Look forward to seeing your E ray!!!

I called about the insurance and they had a real attitude! I called about insurance for a new C8, perfect driving record but it seems they wanted a daily driver for every one in the home.

What are you talking about? This is Corvette World, we sell Corvettes, not Insurance. And NCM insurance doesn't do daily driver policies so that doesn't make any sense if you're referring to them.

I’m sorry., you may have already answered or covered this, but I missed it if that is the case. I have heard that there is a Yenco/SC C8 corvette with a thousand HP and that you can order it through your local Chevy dealer and Chevrolet covers it with a 3 year warranty. Does it come with the wide body that a Z06 and ERay has? To get that kind of power Chevrolet obviously had to make significant changes to the motor. What more do you know about this?

U guys got any 2024 vettes ? Coupe Stingray non z51, the factory upgraded exhaust option, front end lift button thing, L2 or whatever its called, low mileage, pay all cash in and out. What would i need to bring besides the cash? Do i need insurance? Do i need ID? Also, do u guys put that paint protection film or coating on it? PS: Do u guys do maintenance? Cuz i have had bad experience with dealership maintenance. I need a place where i can get proper maintenance. One thing that might be the deal breaker is if i cant get good maintenance. I need to know who to take it to that are pros at maintenance. PSS: and last, need to know best car wash to take it to who also are pros and know what there doing. Cuz had horrible experience and cant ever find any good car wash places. ✌️

Great video. I am also from Chicago. In as much as BBQ has a different definition to Texans, Pizza is also defined differently to Chicagoans. Most Chicagoans are in the Lou Malnatis or Giordanos camp. Although many tourists go to Pizzeria Unos or Pizzaria Due. When you talk BBQ in Chicago, that usually involves bratwurst and Italian Sausage on a grill. Food aside, the cars up in the DFW store look great. I think the prices are more than competitive. Last point, I also agree with your point about heat soak on the ZR1. I have not seen it once yet. That said, my car has less than 3000 miles on it

Just Before the pandemic Macmulkin Chevy in Nashua NH was selling all new C7s for 15% off msrp average across the board. They had 100s of C7s for sale. These prices are ridiculous. C7 interiors make you Dizzy in the summer from all the glue chemical smell in the cabin

38:30 I know everyone his own taste but I agree, chrome on wheels but on the rest of the car is a big no no because that s really old school especially on a C8. Kinda not compatible with the spirit of the car.

Hey Robert , Where do you think the 2019 Z06 Manual low mileage prices are going to be in the near future? I can get a C8 Z06 below M.S.R.P real soon if things work out and not sure if I should be happy with my paid off C7 manual or take the plunge on the C8 Z06. It looks like the market has completely tanked on the C8?

If banging gears is a must, keep what you have. The C8 is insane quick and razor sharp in the turns, but no gear banging outside of the paddle-shifters. Both are awesome, but manuals are no more, so if that's a must for you, stay put. Values will remain pretty good, but the economy will determine where they fall.
