I remember how a lot of people used to complain why Exo and most SM artists music videos where always shot in a box but I used to prefer them because I love watching just them slay every choreography. I hope you react to some of their most recent live performances or dance practices.

The one doing flips is Huang Zitao. He's still active in China and he pretty much practiced in martial arts/wushu since he was a really little kid. He was hoping to grow up and be in action movies and stuff. So they had him doing flips and using his skills a lot. It was always fun to watch.
