Don't know enough about the British law system don't they have good lawyers over there. There has to be some kind of protection for him in prison other than solitary confinement. Its should be in the courts interest to keep him healthy.

Anything right of left is seen nowadays as Far Right. Tommy was jailed within five hours, then released on appeal, after ten weeks. The judge overturned his conviction as unlawful. The Government then decided it was in the Publics best interest to retry him. Once again (with no Jury) this Kangaroo court found him guilty of Contempt of Court. The trial he reported on was in its last day for sentencing. The reporting restriction had been lifted and the Pakistani men found guilty. In Tommy's retrial a further charge of "Causing Anxiety" to the convicted Pakistani men. Let that sink in. The men had been found guilty of rape amongst other charges, and were going into court to be told how long they would serve in jail. And yet we are to believe that Tommy asking them "what do you think about your verdict" would make them anxious.

This is a travesty of justice
