This is super accurate for a uk home, especially the furnishing. the only thing i would say is that wood flooring on the second floor is super uncommon and the majority of houses use carpet instead

This is a very beautiful build 😍 However, that is an extremely expensive house from the UK, and a 3 or 4 bed would be classed as a big house. If you saw what our "normal" houses looked like (like mine for example) you'd be in for a shock 🤣 Our average type houses are small, small gardens, barely a decent front garden. UK houses are nothing like this unless you're rich haha! Also we tend to use carpet over hard wood, especially upstairs. Hard wood is generally used in the kitchens and sometimes the hallways downstairs. But, it is lovely and I'd personally love to live here 🤣 Edit: Mcfly are my all time favourite band! They have been ever since I was about 9/10 years old, and I'm 27 now 🙈🙈

Except for the front yard this very much reminds me of a suburban US home. I love it! The landscaping definitely pulled the whole lot together.

KZfaq kept deleting people's comments but congrats to the winner!! And as for the house - stunning as always! I often am too scared to use debug items because Sims often walk through them (though there are items that seemingly work as actual objects and Sims avoid them), but your builds are very encouraging to try it!

The number of the rooms when you're buying in UK is just number of bedrooms. You usually have "open kitchen" or separate dining room, lounge (drawing room) or two, maybe small study... also mud room (together or separate with) utility room, conservatory, small bathroom or loo etc. Quite a lot on the ground floor 🙂🙃

For anyone curious: 1) Most houses are semi detached. 2) 3+ bedrooms is big in the UK and pretty rare but sort after because we don't have enough of them. 3) Punk originated in London in the 70s and now is no more popular here than other western countries. 4) British people don't care about wine all that much lmao, that's more of a french thing, british people prefer beer or cider. 5) The houses you'll see listed for sale aren't very traditional for the most part. A lot of houses for sale are built or refurbished for sale in a generic modern style to be a blank slate so they aren't a very good example of what britsh homes are really like. The rental market is probably a better referance. 6) Garages are very uncommon here. It's usully either drives or road side parking. 7) We also don't usually have 'mail boxes' we have letter boxes built into our front doors unles you've got a big ass house. 8) Our kitchens are indeed tiny and we have washers/dryers under the counters.

I like to go out in town and check out the homes in my neighborhood. I always get inspiration because of the way they are built, the style, and sometimes what they got for clutter on their porch.

Oh my I love Garnt and Connor! Their thoughts about almost everything are opposite but I can't help myself: both of them has his special unic charm.I have been watching Trash Taste since the beginning and sometimes I also listening it when going somewhere in public transport. Gigguk was one of first youtubers I watched and still he is my favourite. I am rewatching many of his videos. Especially that one about Fate chronology 😄 When Fate series appears in conversation I show this video to everybody. Thank you for new beautiful build! I have downloaded it to my gallery and looking forward to play with it ❤️
