As much as I love this car I have to admit to loving the big picture more. This was my favorite era by a long shot. All of the cars were so beautiful and different at the same time. The number of prestigious manufacturers is still unparalleled to this day.

The "clip" that he's talking about, it's clear he doesn't know what it does, is a grounding wire. They attach it to the rear of the car at the stop to ground the cars electric systems so people can touch it without electricuting themselves.. it's the reason why marshalls are told not to touch live(running) cars after incidents, until it's properly shut down.

It really bothers me how elitist and closed off motorsport always has been. How much it wants to dismiss sim racing without even having it properly tried and tested is really telling of how they want it to stay a boys club.

Camera work is half assed, narrator never talks about the CARS. He names the driver, the #, the sponsor, but never the MAKE of the damned car, or the motor, etc.

Well it doesn't make sense to namd the make or the engine as you couldn't tell which car he is talking about with that information, car numbes and drivers are way more useful.

@@Maenfy It would be useful if the info-tower graphics were capable of showing driver, car model, car number and time/interval at the same time, there's plenty of space to the left to widen it.
