I know Europeans are familiar with our brands that have gone global (Coca-Cola, Snickers, Oreos, etc.), but it would be fun to see them try our more old-fashioned favorites like Circus Peanuts, Little Debbie Snack Cakes, Marshmallow Peeps, or Slim-Jims. And some regional favorites, like Mountain Bars from Seattle, Moon Pies from Tennessee, Cheese Curds from Wisconsin, Cactus Candy from Arizona, and Saltwater Taffy from New Jersey.

@@TheFrugalMombot It depends somewhat on where in the country you are and/or what communities you're a part of whether they're common or not. I'd never even seen Combos until college, but many of my peers there (other side of the country) loved them and had been eating them since childhood.

Given that British food is known to be bland, I can't see how Americans would think British snacks are better. American palate is definitely not sophisticated but we do like flavor even if we don't agree on the same flavors.

Takis suck, Hot Cheetohs is where it's at, always been and always will. The Xxtra Flaming Hot in the black bag is my fave. Edit: Taki's has a new type of chip, Taki's Kettlez. They're 🔥 af, nice crispy kettle cooked potato chip covered in Taki powder. Much better than the super thick and stale tasting cornroll-ups that is the crappy OG Taki's. Taki's just needed a better chip.

As an American, the only snacks I actually have had from those is the twinkies, Hershey, Goldfish, cheez its, chocolate and takies. They should've tried oreos, Lay's chips, Doritos, Snickers, Twix, mixed nuts, trail mix, and Funyuns 👍🏼

To be fair, Goldfish and Cheez-Its are intentionally very mild flavored snacks. That’s the very thing that gives one the ability to snack on it until the whole box is empty. Once you’re about a handful and a half deep, you literally can’t stop eating them until they’re gone.

I have no idea if these are "classic" in England, but as an American who loves chips (or "crisps"), I was absolutely blown away by Tyrell's, especially mature cheddar and chives & sour cream & serenade chili. My god, that crunch!

They definitely need a palate cleanser between some of those. Previous food flavors still linger in your mouth after a rinse with water. A change in the order the snacks were given in might have helped some if no palate cleaning opportunities were offered.

I've had them, imported from the UK funny enough. Never saw them in the US and well, they're pretty shit. I'm a fat ass and I didn't even want to finish a snack sized bag. They aren't spicy enough to have the carolina reaper name, either

spice tolerance lol! i don’t consider them sweet at all. not spicy, but they have a kick to it. when i think sweet, i think sugar. though, i’m american, not mexican. so that’s probably why 😆
