She is a cancer survivor from uterine cancer at the age of 20, just after getting married, and states very plainly that God saved her life due to the prayers of her church. But this left her without the ability to have children so she decided to dedicate her life to being a Contemporary Christian Gospel singer and has refused recording contracts from the biggest corporations in the world. She only wants to sing for charities, churches and while doing missionary work, to strengthen those suffering through difficult times. David Foster, Josh Groban, Michael Bolton and others have all eagerly worked with her when they were in Asia. She contracted hepatitis B from a blood transfusion during her cancer surgery and it clings to her to this day. So Hyang is a 43 years old, devout Christian and gospel singer from South Korea. In her early 20's and newly married, she was diagnosed with uterine cancer, which left her unable to have children. It's a very emotional performance which underlines her path to help and comfort people. It is an absolute masterclass and every time I hear it moves me and I'm staggered by her vocal stamina!

I have just listened to your Rush reaction so I went looking at the other acts you have reacted to. I think it is great to see how well you have covered a lot of female vocalists but I am surprised you haven't reacted to Faouzia yet. Must reactors listen to the stripped versions of her songs because they highlight her vocal skills (i.e. "Tears of Gold" or "Elon") but her more poppish official videos are good as well. i.e. "Tears of gold", "Hero" and "Puppet" or her collab with John Legend on "Minefields".
