Baltimore is known more for its museums and history than football. Who wrote this script, Paul Tagliabue? When the Colts left in the middle of the night, tagliabue wouldn't even consider us for expansion. Canada had more faith in us than he. The Stallions were loved by the city and we won a Grey Cup. All the while Tagliabue and the rest of the NFL tried to shove the Washington Foreskins down our throat.

There are currently 147,000 names on the waitlist for Packers season tickets. They say 100-200 become ticket holders each year, works out to 735 years if everyone accepts the available season ticket. Of course circumstances change, people move away, pass away etc, so that might bring it down a bit.

The city even sued Art Modell when he took our Browns away to ensure that everything Browns related like the franchise history and records remained with the city of Cleveland. Football is definitely king here so much so in fact I wouldn’t doubt that Ohio State football is second on the pecking order ahead of the other pro teams for a lot of folks here. The pro football hall of fame is down the road in Canton like cmon man.

Boston is a baseball town and then the Bruins, Celtics and Patriots are second. During Tom Brady’s time, it probably surpassed baseball when the Red Sox didn’t win the World Series, but Boston is known as Title Town due to its 37 sports championships. The Bruins are one of the original six hockey teams of the NHL so they are near and dear to Bostonians and New England as well. The Red Sox and Patriots have been struggling the last three years, so the Celtics and Bruins are the hottest ticket in town (the Celts are #1 in the league and the Bruins go between #1 and 2 in the NHL.). But few athletes have the fever following as Brady, even in retirement.

Green Bay is a very unique city. Basically the entire city lives and dies by the Packers. The organization is making the stadium and entire surrounding area a place where you can spend an entire weekend, and not get bored. They have a pro shop that is open year round, and a museum inside the stadium that is open year round. In the parking lot, there is a building that is only for tailgating and partying. Across the street is the practice facility where 5,000 or more fans will show up during the summer just to watch the players practice. The Packers then have a scrimmage where 70,000 people will show up just to watch a scrimmage. On the other side of the stadium there is a high end medical building where the players go for injuries, and other players from around the country come to to have surgery or rehab. You also have a super high end hotel right next to the stadium, a playground, a full size NFL football field for people to play on, a bar/restaurant, and a sledding hill that has an ice skating pond below it. They even plan on building more than that. When you come out of the pro shop, there is this really long fence that is painted in a Packer theme. Several of those houses on the other side of that fence, people don't even live there year round. They are just there for people to tailgate, and are insured for well over $1 million.

Some cities with 4 teams (more if you include NY, LA), have their favorites but it can change depending on the teams success. Boston is known as baseball city but all 4 of their sports teams were winning championships at the same time! So New England was almost equally excited about all of them. LA and NY are a baseball city (Dodgers, Yankees and then Mets.) In NY, depending on what sport or team is good, basketball and football are 2nd. LA, if good, basketball (Lakers), is tied with 1st. In Philly, it definitely football but if the Phillies are contenders (which is rare) then they are tied with a good Eagles team. Atlanta, it’s the Georgia Bulldogs (college football), then the Braves.

As a Broncos we always joke about having an extra home game when we play the Chargers

Most people support every sports team in their city just to represent where they're from, but it's EXTREMELY rare that all 4 teams are actually competitive at the same time. Even in big markets like NY, LA, Miami, it usually shifts around in terms of which teams are actually good. Take New York for example. The Yankees are typically annual contenders to win a championship, but for a long period of time the Mets, Knicks, Giants (minus Eli Manning), and Jets were complete garbage. I'm a Washington DC native, and within the past 10-15 years we've had the Wizards go pretty far in the playoffs once or twice during the John Wall/ Bradley Beal era, but then in that same year the Nationals would be dead last. in 2019, the Nationals won the World Series but then the same year, the Commanders had a 3-13 record in the 2019-20 season. I hate to admit because they're a rival, but Philadelphia is a pretty good example of a sports city that has multiple contenders. Most recently, the year the Eagles went to the Super Bowl, a few months prior the Phillies were also in the World Series, BUT they both lost lol so it all worked out.

Sorry guys but this video is just horrendous. I wouldnt go back to that channel again that for sure. If you go to Pittsburgh for a game dont hesitate to reach out to one of your subs from there because Pittsburghers are the friendliest people and would love to give you the proper Pittsburgh sporting event experience. The baseball stadium is just unbelievable, especially on one of the many fireworks nights.

Green Bay is a must visit for every football fan.

I'm an Atlanta sports fan and it is one of the centers of college football and home to the hall of fame. However the Braves are a MUCH bigger deal than the Falcons ever have. Do us all a favor and fire the entire Falcons franchise into the Sun.

The juxtaposition of sports in Green Bay amuses me. The UW-GB Phoenix (college basketball) / Blizzard (arena football) / Gamblers (junior hockey), three modestly successful teams, share an arena across the street from the most historic and successful NFL team.

The big difference between the Braves and Falcons is the Braves have a huge national fanbase while nobody outside of Georgia cares about the Falcons.(maybe a few people in Alabama) I would still argue the Braves are bigger in the state of Georgia and the Atlanta area, just maybe not in Atlanta proper.

These attendance pictures are not accurate at all. Most of these stadiums usually at least have 55,000+ in attendance each week even in the worst markets. I’m a Jacksonville season-ticket holder. They did us dirty on that picture.
