Jerseys at fan shops vary in price depending on the quality of jersey. The screen printed or iron on ones whichever they are cost about $100. I on the otherhand have spent $320 on a "sideline" Adam Thielen jersey a few years back but that was like the actual jerseys that players are issued to wear during game stitched and embroidered everything.

I have to give it up for the Packers fans. My brother (Eagles fan) and his college roommate (Giants fan) went on a trip to see a Packers/Giants game at Lambeau Field. My brother was amazed at how kind the Packers fans were. He said that several people said hello unprompted and even thanked them for coming so far to see a game in their stadium. Kudos, Green Bay fans. I would welcome you to Philadelphia for a game, but i couldnt guarantee your safety😅

We don’t buy merchandise at the stadium. We get ours online or in local stores that sell them for less and we always eat before going to the stadium because the food is so expensive and the choices of what to eat are limited or nonexistent if you have food allergies. We do buy drinks (no beer-non drinkers) and a snack.

As a Giants fan I have been to Philly, Buffalo, Giants, Miami and Dallas. Out of those there was only 1 place they told us not to talk about the win after the game. That was Buffalo. They told us just to walk to our cars. I watched fight after fight after the game. Philly I watched fights during the game and Miami, Dallas and NY I didnt see any of this. I hate the Eagles but I would say Buffalo is the worst in my experience.

Here in Seattle there are no single game tickets. All of them are season tickets. And there’s like a 10 year waiting list for season tickets.

Fans don't spend much on clothing and such at the game because many are season ticket holders, no need for buying team merchandise at the stadium 8 times a year. He's talking mostly about food which varies between stadiums.

I am a Lions fan... and I am not gonna brag but I have to say that Browns and Lions fans are probably some of the most loyal fans. When they say the reason that cowboy fans are the way they are because their team has not made it past the 2nd round in play off since the 90s. The same can be said about the Lions... not sure about the Browns, but what I do know is that the Lions and the Browns are 2 of the oldest teams and they have never been to a super bowl... EVER.. The Giants are considered the "big brother" here like the Yankees are with their considerably longer history and 3 more Super Bowl wins - however, our fans are notoriously older and less excitable than comparative Jets fans. Even standing up at a Giants game can be problematic depending on where you're sitting and what level of ancient fan is parked behind you. At Jets games you can stand for entire quarters. Seeing a game in person is simply less enjoyable as a Giants fan, and we had season tickets for nearly 3 decades. Not worth the drive/train ride from Long Island when some 90 year old behind you wants you to be less excited about the game and sit down, so we just watch on the couch. Even as a non-fan, Jets games can be absolutely wild. Also, it's OF COURSE the Cowboys fans, come on

As a Bills fan I know a lot of people who travel to at least 1 - 2 road games per year. Fans plan vacations around those games once the schedule is released. Miami game probably receiving the biggest contingent each year because we play them in Miami each year and its still warm in Miami when the temps are dropping in Buffalo. Western New York, where Buffalo is located, has lost a lot of population over the decades so there are a lot of Bills fan transplants in a a lot of NFL cities now and they usually show up when Buffalo is in town as well.

Most fans don't actually travel to away games unless it's within driving distance. There's fans for every team everywhere so most of the away fans are people who live within driving distance of that city and it's their 1 chance a year to see their team live. Commentators are always talking about teams that "travel well" like the Packers and Steelers. But those teams are just popular...99% of Packer fans at an Arizona Cardinals away game didn't travel there from Wisconsin, they're just Packer fans who live in the Phoenix area.

I've never remotely heard that Bills fans are good let alone the best. Traveling for games is not a giant thing. People do it but it's super expensive without plane tickets. And like i live in LA.. "All" people can't remotely fit in a stadium. And the majority of people can't afford to go to games. "going to games" is not the barometer for being a great fan in the US because, again, in such a big city, with expensive tickets a lot of the hardcore fans simply can't afford to go to one game let alone all of them. So it's a different expectation. I've never heard an american fans claim someone who doesnt go to every game live is less of a fan. Cause they know pretty much you need a bit of wealth to go to every game live.

Philly, hands down. There was functioning jail and courtroom inside of their old field, Veterans Stadium. Fist fights and other assaults were so common. The judges were volunteers that came in on the weekends during home games. I was born/raised in PA, and I would be somewhat hesitant to actually go to a game in Philly, even as a Philly fan.

It ran for about 10 years before they decided they didn't need it anymore. The most annoying fans based on smugness have to the be the Patriots fans. Hell, the Patriots are basically Boston's side order. More of them care about the Bruins and Red Sox than the Patriots. I bet in a couple of years the Celtics will be more popular than the Patriots. Anyway, as a Cowboys fan I am perfectly aware that they will never win another Super Bowl until Jerry Jones dies or sells the team. It's funny, a person who came from Germany to watch MLS here was shocked at how much a plain shirt for the Atlanta team costed. He said nobody in Europe would remotely play that much for even a full on jersey. I's the same at the fan stores in NFL stadium. You could easily spend a $150 - $200 (or more) on just a jersey, which is why knockoffs are such a popular thing on the internet nowadays, and why spending differs depending on cities; if your fan base is mostly working class, they're not gonna afford as much as if you're from like a silicone valley type of place. So no, they're just talking about food and drink and parking. This video always amuses me, because it talks about Seattle fans like they're are bunch of pussycats and Raiders fans like we're the worst ever.
