@@safiasaleh7322 He like other innovators take advantage of ppl's ignorance and emotions instead of grounding them in Manhaj or method in implementing Islamic values from one priority to the next from the individual to the society so one gains more then they lose at every step.

Ustadh ARH would easily tear Bro Hajji apart in a live discussion. But since Bro Hajji is to scared to actually have a discussion, Ustadh went and teared him apart for 15 hours on the podcast.

He gets triggered off these responses man i remember him saying a number of times he has had enough of these khurooj videos and he is still on this topic today why...because he is getting mopped up by ARH on a podcast and YOUR video responses are beautifull. And then it's funny to me that the wording is actually: ESTABLISHING the salah, not (mere) preforming (by himself). A part is mentioned (Salah) where the whole is intended, meaning implementing the Deen in a comprehensive way. But for some anything flies; secularism, capitalism, striving to be the next europe, Sharia free zones, concerts, introducing hindu idols and what have you, you can be a western styled president and still be an Imam/Emir of some sort over a sykes picot designed country with a british styled flag, somehow, with a lot of twisting and bending to explain it to be the intended meaning of leadership. As if the Shar is bankrupt of a system and we have to imitate non muslims in governance. This is far from what the Salaf understood and indeed practised; appointing 1, not 50+, giving bayah by those chosen to represent, not inheriting leadership, because hey: Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) did not succeed after the passing of the 2nd Khalifah.... but who am I ? hush hush, leave it up to those...

@@ibmsulaymani Because , Ustadh Hassan said that not making Kuruj against the rulers except blatant Kufr is Ijma3 .Or (he stops making the Salat) is kilaf, not Ijma among Alh Ilm.So this is a contradiction in terms - Khilaf and Ijma3 are opposing terms thus Ijtihad applies here, not Ijma3.

@@ibmsulaymani I watched that yesterday.What is very misleading about this whole issue is anybody that leads the Muslim majority nation states and who rules is deemed to be أولو الأمر.even if he is a secularist with anti Sharia laws and the declarated constitute of the state is Secular ,while the Salaf never agreed to Secular non Sharia law as acceptable rule of law over the Muslim.

@@briancordero7674 The creed is clear and its from ijmaa that if he leaves prayer then you rebel but to apply the hadeeth there needs to be practical steps. For that ijtehad is needed...
