@@RareLizardCollector that’s if they can even throw a punch with proper technique I do both boxing and BJJ with a few years of experience under my belt I’ve seen plenty of weightlifters/big strong guys who can’t fight. Struggling with footwork and technique for boxing (just like everyone else at the beginning) until they learn enough and BJJ doesn’t really matter about size it’s all about technique in that MMA so doesn’t matter if you’re big or a small girl. You’ll get tapped anytime by someone who has more experience and technique.

I have this piece of equipment. I’m 165lbs and work out. I can tell you that the way that kid moved through level 12, he could surely do 16 maybe even 20. My best is 18. The kids vascularity is the telltale sign of his hidden strength.
