You could potentially add a body-shop to Every Autos. Would be complementary to the mechanical side, and would allow you to fix scrapes and dings that vehicles (especially in the trades) pick up over time. You could also added vehicle sign-writing, interior fit-out and specialist items (e.g. beacons, high-vis etc) if you wanted.

I like the synergy between all the companies and that you can control the whole value train. What about an online shop- selling your own brand of tools and equipment and other deliverable merch (and smaller tools etc that you sell in the builders merchants?) etc.

See that's the route I want to eventually go with a group structure! I do think the merchant would be a good avenue for you, especially if you could expand it in to different regions nationwide 💪🏾 The gas situation is annoying, I feel your pain!

Group structure is the way forward, just need to factor in the added accountancy cost. Only worth doing if you’ve got the volume there to make it pay

Every Landscapes, would seem easy to put in place due to the group of businesses you already own and when getting a new extension a lot of people out a new patio etc at the back of them (me and my dad own a landscaping business AMD Home and Garden) and we do a lot of work because customers have had building work completed

Every youtuber’s had a few click bait moments haha dont get too wound up over it if they dont like it they dont need to watch just helps bring new viewers, Alex is smashing the weeklys he needs his own channel, i like how he doesn’t cut corners on the projects and takes pride in them some people wouldn’t be bothered about switches and sockets looking abit rough around the edges but it shows you provide a quality finish. A lot of knowledge shared every week out of him shame about the gas situation though

I believe Everytrade should prioritize finding a larger HQ first. A bigger space would allow for future growth, centralize operations, and provide opportunities to develop new business ideas.
