Chris I have had the worst two years of my life lost my dad to c after 2 months of knowing he was ill then forced to retire early for a job of 30 years and then my mum pasted away since then I've dragged myself out of depression struggling for money. BUT watching your videos and d&j has kept me going and now I want to redesign my house and garden which has given me a fight for life again. So no matter how bad life is there is always another day and it will get better.

Well said chris, a lot of people put on a front to actually hide their inner demons, ive seen it, its alot more than a hug they need, they have to remember they are loved , they matter to a lot of freinds family, even their pets, also there's a whole lot of people they haven't even met yet and will be loved and become freinds, ❤

Chris thank you for your honesty, I’ll level with you, 2016 I attempted to take my life, thankfully a person who was a close friend at the time stopped me and made me get a grip of myself, looking back thank fcuk he stopped me!! I wasn’t tge academic type at school, I never got the apprenticeship I wanted so much but instead got an apprenticeship as a heavy vehicle/equipment electrical/mechanical engineer, it’s taken all round the world, and got me into trains, I have 2 beautiful sons (14 & 16) who are my world, I recently split up from my girlfriend whole I loved so so much, it hurt and again my real friends helped me through, yes it fcuking hard but head down arse up, you boys, welderfabber, Chris Allen etc keep me getting up and going everyday, so from me another fat baldy pale guy THANK YOU!!!

Hi Chris ....and Alex and the team ... Another Sunday, another cracking vlog. I was up early this morning thanks to the sun coming through the blinds ... Lovely start to the day. Working late into the night to finish another wedding sign for a mate. .. Hoping the Welsh project isn't too far away from me ...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Too much work is just as bad as too little but I'd prefer too much and have money coming in ...👍🏻👍🏻 How disappointing was the football....😮 I'm no fan of the game...but .... Loving the hot tub....I'll be getting in ours soon ...can't beat it to relax ...unwind and forget about life for a while ...ear pods in listening to Joe Rogan , Jocko, goggins etc ....motivational speeches .... Preceded by cold therapy plunge....my daily challenge to myself and I feel better every time I get in and get out ....20 mins of pure inner peace 🙏🙏 Mental health, helping people , listening to them , being kind and taking the time to appreciate who people are without judging them helps to keep me totally grounded and happy in myself and hopefully showing people they are enough and are appreciated....🙏🙏 Well done Chris ......I like your perspective, journey and attitude.....You and Dave / Stevie, The Struggler, B and P, Brockstone landscaping , Daines Lowe , By the Kerb keep me going , entertained , make me smile and educate ....
