This is real 80s music and yes, I remember the big hair! I loved this song when it came out in 1986 - great tune and fab to sing along to and of course to dance to! Bon Jovi had some really good songs which were very popular. I remember seeing a concert he did a few years on TV and it was brilliant, I downloaded one of the songs, Because We Can from there and I listen to it a lot. Thanks so much for reaction, guys, can see you really enjoyed this one! Forgot to say before, that I love your new intro music - really suits the channel - brilliant!

In the same vibe, I suggest Bon Jovi "You give love a bad name" or a rock ballad, "I'll be there for you"

1. In the 80's there were "hair bands" and then there was Bon Jovi. Miles above the rest. 2. The guitar player, Richie Sambora's vocals rival those of Jon Bon Jovi. 3. The reason I think they're so good is, as you noted, their drive - which simply and fundamentally is rock 'n roll.

Bon Jovi is good but did I mention that John Mellancamp is considered the most important Roots Rocker of a generation. Not the most influential but the most important. He sang about what it was like living in the USA. He sang about all of us. You won't be disappointed.

What makes Jon Bon Jovi really interesting to me is that he has taken voice lessons. He has learned to "scream" without hurting his vocal cords and can, therefore, reproduce the sound night after night on tour. Most rock singers strain and over tax their voice so that they're hoarse or have to rest their voice all day so they can sing at night. I think it's smart to study an instrument you play (and singers "play" their voice). If a trumpeter studies jazz and classical trumpet their playing can only get better no matter what style they choose to perform. So a JBJ studying classical voice techniques coukd only improve his skills as a rock singer.

This was the first album my daughter asked for when she was 5. That was fine with me, because Jon Bon Jovi is a good role model. He's been married to his high school sweetheart. for 31 years. Wanted Dead or Alive was my favorite, but all of the little girls in the neighborhood used to sing You Give Love a Bad Name at the top of their lungs in the back yard all of the time. We called them the Bon Jovi pre-pubescent memorial choir. The more Bon Jovi the better. It's great to see you so enthusiastic about them.

PLEASE do I’ll Be There For You! It’s another one that highlights the incredible talents of Richie Sambora (as well as Jon Bon Jovi of course). Richie is lead guitar, the high harmonies, and the cool oo-wa-oo-wa-oo part at the beginning.

I grew up listening to this as a child of the 80s. I'm not surprised you love it. There are certain songs that transcend cultural boundaries. It's just universally attractive to the ears, no matter what genre you typically would like otherwise. :) I was always a positive, fun-loving kid, so this definitely fit right in with me when growing up. :)

Yes, he flew out over the audience. I saw them on this tour for Slippery When Wet. But to make it even better, the opening band was one of my favorite blues/rock band Cinderella, supporting their just released first album Night Songs. These two bands with timeless albums at once 😁😁 Pretty cool for me as a middle school kid at the time 🤘😎🤘

Great reaction. I love how hyped you're getting over the songs I rocked out to when I was younger. I still rock out to them today. Bon Jovi was part of what was called hair metal in the 80s. Yes I was jealous of the hair. Watch skid row 18 and life Really jealous of Sebastian Bach's hair. Have you done any Queensryche? Try silent lucidity, eyes of the stranger, best I can, jet city woman, empire

✌️😎 So thrilled you kids are enjoying our music! When we were teens back then, when these bands like Bon Jovi, Prince, Queen, Billy Idol, Bowie, etc., many just starting out fresh and hot, we were just teenagers with nothing to do. So we went to see bands like this live in concert every weekend. And yes, with tens of thousands in attendance, these guys on stage made us all feel like they were throwing a party just for us. Whether you were on the front row or the back row, they could make you feel like you were the most exciting person in the crowd. And yes, I was at this concert. It was crazy! These memories are etched in my heart forever as I try to convince my children that I was once cool. (Giggles) Best of luck, guys. I just subbed to your channel because I can't wait to see more of your reactions! ❣️

"You Give Love A Bad Name", "Bad Medicine" are 2 more of their huge hits.... and for a different side of Bon Jovi try, "It's My Life". Side Note: Jon Bon Jovi (lead singer) is quite a philanthropist.... Since the early '90's he's been involved with MANY charitable organizations such as: Habitat For Humanity, Covenant House, Red Cross, the Special Olympics etc., He even has his own charitable foundation, The JBJ Soul Foundation. Which combats issues that force families into economic despair and this also includes a few JBJ Soul Kitchens where people can do work there in exchange for meals (In a nutshell).... Just a brief synopsis of what a great guy he is, and the whole band as well. Keep going with Bon Jovi!!

Hey guy just watched your reactions to Bon Jovi livin on a prayer. I’m a huge Bon Jovi fan, love and got all there albums, seen then live quite a few times as well. Absolutely amazing seeing them live, they really do know how to put on a show and I think Jon Bonjovi is the best front man alive today, you should definitely check out and react to there live performances as well. I recommend you check then out live at Wembley 1995, Zurich in 2000 and live in Moscow 1989, Madison Square Gardens, 2008, Munich 2011, Cleveland 2013 and Rocking in Rio 2017. Also check the live rehearsal of there latest album called 2020. The performance is called, on a night like this. There is more but too much to write all at once. Hope you guys enjoy and do more reactions to Bon Jovi. Cheers and all the best, Alex
