Yeah she is super knowledgeable on shoulder injuries. She just went over some KZfaq videos on them and tweaked her d-bol steroid use a little higher. Works great on injuries.

On the contrary. We are intimidated by her Anavar steroid use that has allowed her to pick up over 250 lbs. over her head. As she would be intimidated if i started shooting a bunch of steroids in my ass muscle and grew to a 350 lb. mass monster. Guess you haven't heard of all the females that got busted using gear in the top tier crossfit games. Do your research. You would find it would be impossible for these females to have large deltoids at such low body fat levels. Thats your telltale sign. You will even see the large shoulders in the skinny assed fitness competitors. They use steroids too. Fact. My wife was a fitness competitor for years.

I dont get the big deal about crossfit training. When I trained in mma in highschool in the offseasons of football and wrestling and continued training and did some amateur comps. in college, we did a lot of the similar types of workouts. They acted like they reinvented the wheel or something. Go to any wrestling training center, any mma team camp, etc, youd see elements of crossfit. We didn't do it all because some of crossfit is physically dangerous. But for the most part, hiit or hiirt workouts have been around at least since the late 90s.

It's not so much as hate, just yt being yt. It's more than likely that she's on gear, along with every other male athlete at a top level like that - especially looking like this. Same with Dana Lynn Bailey. It's just a part of the game, but obviously you still need to put in the work and hours. Gear isn't a magical ticket to exceed natural limits unless you put in the hours. Gear usage often sets unreal expectations from people and it can cause body dysmorphia.

I choose powerlifting because it has a base and I want to be strong and well rounded. If aethetics was more important to me then I would be a physic or bodybuilder. If I wanted to have a little muscle but look some what aesthetic but with great conditioning then I would be doing crossfit. The statistics dont lie though and unfortunately the amount of injuries that you get from crossfit compared to bodybuilding and powerlifting are far less and almost a 50% difference...
