I have a decent chest back shoulders and triceps, from calisthenics and my goal was to get abs and keep lean cause I play volleyball and I'm 14, I lost 4kg so far. When you have very low body fat percentage its dangerous BECAUSE your body will eat muscle for fuel if you don't eat enough calories (fat/carbs) You body can't distinguish between arm muscles and heart muscles. Hence why dude died.
