Brownie with walnuts and meringue
Cocoa cake ingredients:
6 egg yolks
150g of sugar
A pinch of salt
Bourbon vanilla sugar
150g soft butter
270 ml of milk
30ml black rum
10g baking powder
35g cocoa
160g of flour
100g walnut (chopped with a knife)
Meringue ingredients:
6 egg whites
A pinch of salt
A little lemon juice
150g of sugar
Bourbon vanilla sugar
Baking: Bake the brownie at 180°C (top-bottom without ventilation) for 15-18 min. Then I spread the meringue on top and put it in the oven for another 10-12 min.
