Also, I dont know upon what you base the comparison, the OP mentioned being (not 'beesing') a 'real man', Gordon Ramsay donated more last month to charity than Mitchells ever made. Hes also a 3rd degree black belt and has boxed for 30 years, AND hes a better chef, so, yeah, nothing against Mitchell, but Gordon Ramsays a real man.

After 52 yrs of working jobs that would make most men wet their pants...I see you do one that makes me look like a beginner. LOL. I bought a boat 6 month before I retired and it's been in the water 4 time and I have been retired 6 yrs. Would Love to go fishing with you just ONE Time to learn how to fish as I haven't been in over 45 yrs. Thanks for the time you took to show me how to enjoy catfish. Be safe friend and God Bless.

My mom would milk my grandfather’s cows and a neighbors cow so we would have milk to drink. She would strain the fat off and she taught me how to shake butter like he just did. Now that was butter worth eating!

Now I really appreciate that simple and entertaining information. My work took me to South Louisiana at times. We once lived on the Teche bayou North of Breaux Bridge for about two years and we all put on about 20 pounds because of all the good cooking and great hospitality.

That looks amazing! For people that never tried catfish, it doesn’t taste fishy, or dirty, or like lake water. I took a big plate of grilled catfish with bbq sauce to a party once. It was the first thing gone. I’m gonna do those potatoes this weekend. Thanks!

I'm not sure who made the first butter either, but I still ahve the family butter churn (wooden) from back in the 1800's my family used - me as well when I grew up on the farm! You rock dude! Love watching you catch them gators...
