Fred was immense most tackles most interceptions most chances created (3) out of 4 we created overall most blocks 47 of 54 passes completed 87% pass accuracy had Pep and fabregas raving about him Fred needs a proper defensive midfielder behind him like a ndidi or a zakaria and Bruno in front of him good balance even though that free kick wasn’t good Fred and matic was very good today Fred as usual he’s been good for the last 4 months

I think Sporting fans would agree that he loses his temper and argues with officials way too often, especially being captain of the team. Excellent short and long passing, clever on the ball, great at through and over the top balls. Excellent first touch, fast, powerful and has a good shot on him. Can also take quality corners and freekicks. Superb signing.

He is not a flop but Man utd. shouldn't ouldn't have paid so much for him. I saw him playing in Italy with Udinese and Sampdoria, he was a good player but not a decisive one. Another waste of money from Manchester united.

no, that's true, but look at how he plays, he plays a lot of first time passes along the ground and in the air, he uses body feigns to create space for himself, he has good vision, those kinds of qualities are transferable regardless of the level of opposition. True he won't replicate those stats in the prem and I don't rate his finishing ability that much, but that doesn't mean he won't hit the ground running.

This is not Bruno's 1st experience outside Portugal. I live in UK and yes is a bit cold but Bruno plays a lot for Boavista in North of Portugal so the weather is not an issue. If you ask Bruno to play in the ice, he plays...nothing scares him, only losing. He hates to lose even playing cards

As a Portuguese and Benfica fan I can assure you guys that Bruno Fernandes is amazing. He played for our rivals Sporting Lisbon. If Pogba worth 100 millions, Bruno worth 200 millions. He is an 8 midfielder. He can play as a 6 if the team needs to attack more. Awesome vision, he does anything with the ball and has a sick long shot. He played in Italy so he also defends well when the team need. The weak spot is his emotions. He hates to lose even playing cards. While that's not a bad thing he needs to talk less with referees and someone who can help him dealing with emotions. Great great player and great acquisition from MU

We also know that in Lisbon Benfica tried to hire him from Sporting, however even when sporting fans invaded the locker rooms to punch the players , he refused Benfica proposa (which was far better than the sporting one)l showing his commitment and honesty with the club. Barcelona wanted him but he choosed MU because he gave his word. He works very hard
