What Brian is doing is a wonderful thing in itself. The length and different things he does to reverse his human aging, most people can't do, nor afford. Aging and death are terrible things humans face. Terrible to watch everyone you love die so quickly. I hope young people can get technologies, and never have to experience loss of loved ones.

I love Bryan’s mind. He’s doing so much for humanity for one individual that he might as well be the second coming 😆 Yes, most people cannot do his whole blueprint protocol, but millions can do the sleep, the exercise and the basic meals. And even more millions can expand it to some supplements. I also love him for what he’s doing and his generosity in sharing it.

One of the useful things about the bible and other ancient writings is their mention in that people use to live 100's of years. The true history of man could be that we are designed naturally for longevity. Most diseases are related to our weakened state of mind. Meditation, eating healthy, drinking reverse osmosis water, expressing our true thoughts and feelings in relationships all add to our quality and longevity. To somehow integrate with AI I think is in fact a natural process. We know we are one with all other sentient beings. The fusion of our bodies with AI which if defined comprises of our collective thoughts and feelings to arrive in the singularity is likely inevitable.

Night time erection frequency is a simple to measure biomarker in males that predictably correlates with biological aging. It is just another feedback signal to help optimize his anti-aging protocol. The more data the better.

Awesome that he's measuring his self in ways that no one that's ever done. But is he investing in research that actually extends lifespan? If he is he's keeping it a secret.
