Here is a list of items you will need to make Bryant's famous chicken salad.
Amounts will vary but here is a list of ingredients used
Chicken breast cooked & shredded or cubed
Mayo
Celery

I watched this video yesterday and it made me hungry for some chicken salad (that I never ever make). Today I followed Bryant’s recipe and made some, a smaller version, I bought some croissants at Walmart today, and had a chicken salad sandwich for dinner. It was very very good if I say so myself. Tell Bryant I am so glad he made it and you recorded him! Excellent chicken salad!!

I made the Pastor’s chicken salad. Yup! It’s a winner. The only change was a splash of sweet pickle juice and no sugar (I’m diabetic). Thanks so much, this will be my go to recipe for chicken salad now.

I make chicken salad like this, but no celery, pecans, sugar, onion pr garlic powder. I put Tarragon in mine, it’s one of the most important ingredients in mine. This looks delicious. Now I’m wanting some. 😂

Hello Leslie and Bryant. I just now got to watch this. Your chicken salad looks delicious. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t be able to eat it. I’m allergic to Poppy seeds. You did a great job demonstrating how to make it. I ask that you pray for my husband, John. We are leaving for Mayo Clinic tomorrow (Tuesday, April 30, 20024). We meet with Hematology Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m. They will do lots of blood work. We have no idea what comes next. Pray the Lord will heal John of this mantle cell lymphoma. We have a couple of praises. He was able to get into Mayo pretty quickly. He still feels good and his blood work (3 rounds of it so far) has always come back good. His oncologist here in Cedar Rapids had him do a PET scan. It isn’t in any of his organs. But it did show up in multiple and quadruple nodes in his chest, abdomen, armpit and both sides of his groin. Please pray this not spread anywhere else. We also praise the Lord for our church family. They gathered around us yesterday after our worship service was over and prayed over us. We feel the prayers of our family, church family and friends. And we thank you and appreciate you praying for John, our family and me. I am so sorry for this family who lost their loved one. My prayers and heartfelt sympathy go out to this family. You both are doing excellent work in ministry for our Lord and you are doing excellent work to help the broken hearted. Praise His Holy Name. Have a great week and again, please keep us in your prayers. This is not an easy journey for us. But God will see us through it.

Yummy. I use the same ingredients except no onion powder. Many of you may know this but an easy and quick way to shred your chicken is to use your KitchenAid.
