BRYCE CANYON National Park - WILD views Hiking Bryce Canyon Loops

2 жыл бұрынWelcome to BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK! After settling in to the Bryce Canyon Campground for some RV camping, it was now time to actually adventure and hike in Bryce Canyon. We did the Navajo Loop, Queen's Garden loop AND added in the Peekaboo Loop hike, all while hiking with a baby!
The views walking through all the hoodoos were amazing and we LOVED Bryce Canyon National Park. The higher elevation views and cooler air were great for the hike and also RV camping in. The orange rocks that looked like nothing we had seen before. These were some longer hikes to join together thankfully hiking with a baby has been a little easier for us with our Osprey Poco backpack as it has a solid metal support frame to hold Chloe up in a chair, and we also have a water bladder in it so we can all stay hydrated too! Link below if you are thinking of hiking with a baby or need a gift idea for someone you know whose planning some family hiking.

We like the "Alone" series too. When we were at Bryce, we hiked down, Queen's Garden and up Navajo Loop. We kept going up the switchbacks saying, "OK, that's the top." Then, we would see the next set of switchbacks. I thought we would never reach the top. We treated ourselves to pizza afterward....you're right...that hike earns you a pizza.

So many switchbacks hey! Loved it though and enjoyed that at least it wasn't all up then down you got some climbs and then some breathers. Also very grateful for a quick easy pizza instead of having to organize a meal after. Such a great little store there 😁🍁

Wow! What an awesome hike you did! So beautiful. That would've done me in...happy to see it through your lense! Chloe is impressive! I think she'll grow up to be a hard core hiker like her parents! Can't wait to see where you're headed from here. As always, have fun and be safe!

Absolutely stunning landscape. I love hoodoos and badlands, thus my favourite Alberta provincial parks are Writing On Stone Provincial Park, and Dinosaur Provincial Park. But these aren’t as magnificent as what you saw today. Chloe is such a chill baby. None of my 4 boys would have tolerated being in a backpack/stroller/ …anything at all for 4 hours unless they were fast asleep. LOL. Luke, I can’t believe you can hike with 30 lbs strapped to you. And both of you, how you survive hiking in the hot sun without hats on. I have always needed a white hat or I feel like my brain boils and I am going to pass out. You all are so strong! Anyways stay safe and congrats! ❤️

Cannot tell how much we enjoy your videos!!! This was amazing. Hubby and I are now binge watching your videos from when you sold your condo. We are at the video where you took the ferry to Newfoundland. We are within two weeks of getting our new motor home and hope we can have such great adventures. No kids, well adult kids, we are looking at retirement. 😊

Wow, so Chloe’s been hiking with you since she was barely a glimmer-no wonder she likes it! Before you know it she’ll be hiking along with you on her own two feet. Hiking poles make hiking with kids easier too. We finally caved and bought some and I’m frustrated I didn’t buy them sooner.

You guys did great! That is not an easy hike. Lots of people have trouble with the altitude. I'm not sure if you really wanted to double back on your hike, but did you know about the free shuttle? It goes to all the popular viewpoints and you can hop on/off where ever you want..so if you want to do a one way hike, you can. I love seeing you starting Chloe on the National Parks!

Oh that could've been neat too! We enjoyed what we did getting through it all but going down one way the up the opposite and shuttling back would've bee a good way to see a lot and not have to spend as much time and energy at least. Good to know for us and everyone else here 😁🍁
