Everyone knows Bryce's EPIC NLCS Game 5 home run to send the Phils to the World Series. But lost in all the excitement was the fact that he set a Phillies record for extra base hits in the postseason. Check 'em out!
The stats:
- Had four game-winning HR, which was the most ever by any player during a single postseason
- His 13 XBH in the postseason were the most ever in a single postseason by a Phillie and one XBH shy of the ML record (14)
- Had 22 hits in the postseason, which set a new franchise record for a single postseason (previous record: 17 by Jayson Werth in 2008 and Shane Victorino in 2009)
