During a mission in Berlin-Marzahn, an emergency doctor landed with the ADAC helicopter "Christoph 31" in the densely populated residential area on a sports field. It is an Airbus H135. The video shows the helicopter on the sports field, starting the engines and taking off. At the end of the video, the helicopter actually flies backwards out of the picture.

Nur die Farbgebung hier ist... ...eben der Verwendung geschuldet, oder der für die Farbgebung verantwortliche Techniker stammt ursprünglich aus Springfield.

@BTB-concept das Rückwärts starten hat den einfachen Grund das man nach vorn wieder landen kann wenn Komplikationen auftreten und beispielsweise Triebwerke ausfallen. Zumindest ist das mein Kenntnisstand 🙈 der Rückwärtsstart ist also nix ungewöhnliches sondern viel mehr gängige Praxis 😉

@012555100 Das hast du vollkommen richtig erklärt. Ich habe einen gesicherten "Rückweg", wo ich weiß, dass alles frei ist, keine Hindernisse etc. Ist bei der Landung überinfs auch so. Ein senkrecht absetzen wird versucht zu vermeiden. Lieber ein Landen nach vorne, weil ich da sehe was passiert. Gehe ich senkrecht runter sehe ich nicht, ob da noch z.B. ein Auto unter den Hubschrauber fährt.

Oh, that's cool! It's always an interesting thing to watch when the emergency services helicopters land in residential or unexpected areas. The sky at the end of the video looked really lovely. Did you plan on taking this video, or were you out and about and just happened to come upon a video-worthy situation?

I read a book to my wife as she said: "Listen, a heavy vehicle is out there." Then I looked and saw nothing. Then it got louder and louder and we saw 3 police cars. So it was clear that the sound was from a helicopter. It landed in the backyard, but I was not fast enough to make the camera ready. Light was very impressive as you see at the thumbnail. My wife took pictures from another position don't fit for the video because of a big tree.
