Film out was written by Jungkook in collaboration with a Japanese group called Back Number . It’s not in Korean. It’s sung in Japanese and was featured in a movie (Signal) . It came out in February 2021

I think their japanese songs in general are underrated and film out was released as a soundtrack for a movie. Film out is my favorite bts release from 2021. I have a very personal interpretation about the lyrics and it's really meaninful to me, the melody is so beautiful, the vocals especially jimin always give me goosebumps, i can't explain my love for this song haha

He is the youngest in his family but become oldest in the group. He taking care for 6 members alot.. cooking a lot for jungkook when jk still in school. Becoming suga's the only one hyung in the group. Jhope is army sunshine and suga's vitamin. Im so grateful there is someone like jhope in bts who always share everything army trought social media. So BTS is 7, they are respect and taking care of each other since day 1 as a brothers.

Real ARMYs do not discriminate between any of members. Most of ARMYs i know do not have any favorite including me. It is almost impossible to choose one when you've seen all of them for years and very clearly know that every single of them are equally important and valuable. In my circle, no one is underrated. We actually somehow manage to talk and cry about 7 people at once. It is really fun and wholesome.

Film out is an OST for a Japanese movie based on a series based on a k drama called Signal. JK was one of the writers. As you see Jin is a bit out of time with the rest of them 💜

the MV for Film Out isn’t officially labeled a Bangtan Universe video, but…….it references Fake Love, which is, heavily references going back in time/time reversing, visually hints at parallel timelines, and-my favorite part-in the BU, especially in The Notes novellas, we learn that Jungkook and Taehyung are the ones who are the most aware of the time loop, other than Seokjin. So them being the only two who notice Seokjin in Film Out just….I love that parallel.

I didn't watch the movie, but the song speaks in so many layers. I lost a relative during that time, and the lyrics sound like words of how I feel about a loved one I will never see again, because they have passed on. I teared up while listening to it. It still hits like that for me sometimes.

It is not something ARMY came up with. Jungkook is the main vocalist and this position has nothing to do with the amount of lines they have in one song. Jungkook does most of the guides, harmonies, layers and ad-libs. He is credited in nearly every BTS song for the chorus or background vocals in the official credits. He helps the other vocalists with singing (for example Jimin thanked him in an interview just recently for helping him out) and is called genius (Suga’s and RM’s own words) in regards to his singing abilities. So I hope that you take his extra hard work seriously and that you can appreciate it just as much as for example RM‘s leader position or other positions and talents 🙏 I recommend to watch the video “Jungkook the main vocalist of BTS“ by Ida S, since many fans and non fans seem to be confused about this position. 13:32 It is your decision, if you chose one or more or none and you don‘t have to. Loved the reaction as alwayss💜 Honestly when u talked about the fact that Jin and RM are very underrated, I agree with that fully. The reason I actually started listening to BTS and I became interested to dive into their discography is RM. I have always been a fan of Rap, and I am someone that deeply appreciates great Lyricism. So RM really pulled me in, and from then I actually started to learn about the other members, and realised that they were all amazing, but I believe that the rapline, especially RM, are the ones that actually created and pushed forward this message about self-love, struggles, and discovering oneself; which makes a lot fo ppl relate to them and that's why they have this solid fan base. So it makes me sad that after BTS gained a huge following in the recent years, that new ARMYs don't really see how much the rapline helped the success of BTS. Also, Jin is honestly an amazing, talented artist, he is so consistent with his performances, and u would rarely find faults with his performance, he's such a hard worker, but he's someone that knows when to work hard and when to have fun. He's so mature and confident, and he's literally the embodiment of the message BTS has been writing music about for so many years. I really hope new fans aren't shallow, and that they actually look into BTS' story and discography. And maybe that will make them realize how important each an every member is to the group.

I haven't watched the whole video: just gonna say to watch "Jungkook the main vocalist of BTS" by Ida S to see what he does as the one and only main vocalist. It entails many responsibilites. It's an official position which Jungkook has earned, and this position is also confirmed by music critics (for example Kim Youngdee) who have interviewed them & all members of BTS :)

JK wrote this with a Japanese group. I think it was originally to be for BTS, but then became the OST for Japanese version of film Signal. Jungkook is the Main Vocalist officially, not because he has the lead always in a song. There is a video by Ida S on what this means - basically, sings many of the vocal guides for the others to learn their parts, does most of the ad libs and background vocals (not all), sings in place of others when the others are sick, and also for the rap line replacing when they are unavailable or sick. J-Hope is the 2nd leader of the group, leading the dance practices, etc. He's the most underrated in my opinion. Really, they are ALL special. OT7!

I think we all have a special person in BTS because they were the person who caught our attention (Yoongi for me), but most of us have ended in a spot where we love them all and don’t really have a single favorite. This song is a typical BTS song in that there’s the first layer - it’s an OST, then another - about missing someone and during COVID no doubt that contributed, and then another - there are clear BU connections even if this is not an official BU MV. This song is beautiful, and the MV stunning, and all members are awesome, although it is in Japanese where in my experience the vocal line, in particular Jin and Jimin usually shine very bright. Thank you for listening to it. It’s mostly been forgotten, which makes me sad.
