Bubble Nebula: SHO Image With William Optics GT71, ASIAIR, ASI533MC Pro & Dual Narrowband Filter.

In this video I will show how I processed an SHO Hubble Pallete image from a OSC Camera & Dual Narrowband Filter. The image in this video is for the Bubble Nebula (NGC 7635). I collected about 10 hours & 30 Minutes of data over 2 nigths back in Aug/Sep. 2022. This is the imaging setup I used:
Telescope: William Optics GT71
Main Camera: ZWO ASI533MC Pro
Guide Scope: William Optics Slide Base 50mm
Filter: Optolong L-eXtreme
Guide Camera: ZWO ASI120MM Mini
Mount: Celestron Advance VX
Control: ZWO ASIAir Plus

Hi Pawan Thanks for another great video. Love the format of your videos, except when there is a step I don’t recognise! What is a game mask that you used in this video ? Thanks.

Thanks Nigel. I try to keep the videos as slow as possible. The GAME mask is under Scripts/Utilities but you need to install the script. There are some nice videos on installing the GAME script. This mask is useful to create a mask or multiple masks of selected shapes and sizes. You can then enhance that area of the image. CS!

Thank you. Nice one . 👍 Dual narrow band filter means, How you did ? With L exterame how many frames and L pro How many farmes ?

Thank you! Dual narrowband refers to L-eXtreme only, and not that I used two different filters. L-Pro is a broadband filter. I captured 154 x 120 sec with L-Pro and 29 x 120sec with L-eXtreme. For most galaxies, you only need a broadband filter like L-Pro or simply an IR/UV Cut filter (that's what I think) when using a OSC Camera.
