Great job mam. Mam how we store our chocolates when they r display in a shop. Mam is it necessary to wrap chocolate in foil, some chocolates r beautiful, can we cling wrap them and put in box or any other way

Is there any way to stop gems from losing colour in the fridge? The gems, when added on chocolate and kept in the fridge start getting discoloured due to condensation, even when it is in transparent packaging or ziploc bags.
