MDS - thanks for the comment - I trained in a bodybuilding gym for a year and struggled my first time through buds (failed a math test and sent to fleet). My second time through I trained for another year with tons of bodyweight exercises and did much better that time. I have made another video talking about that training - check it out.

I only wish I had the opportunity to do this in my younger days. Why would anyone want to quit when there are so many out there who hunger for the opportunity.
