13 жыл бұрынIn August of this year, we were delighted to be able to send one of our Buddy's, Glen Joseph, along with Director Matt Salisbury to interview Maria Elena Holly in her home in Dallas, Texas, for 3 days. The following interviews offer a candid look at Maria Elena's story, as never before told, and a wonderful insight into Buddy Holly's life, music, and relationships, and offer an unique perspective to any Biddy Holly fan of what the man himself was really like, told by the woman who knew him best.

This woman lost her love at such a young age. It is so sad she lost their baby. It could have helped her through the years. I am so sorry for her. God bless her. ❤️

It's easy to see and hear in her voice that she is still proud of him and misses him even through all these years he's been gone. It's beautiful to see the unconditional love and support she has for him. Still thinks of him and talks to him. He has a good wife!

What a great intimate interview. They had true love Buddys music and presence will never die. Buddy had balls. He was the first white performer to play Halems famed Appollo theater. He wound up bringing down the house.

I am a big Buddy Holly fan thank you Mrs Holly we miss Buddy I'm a bit young for his music's but listening to his songs it stole my heart and broke it when I research his short tragic life's end ...I love older music I love rock n I love Buddy Holly Ritchie valens and the Big Bopper RIP

Its terribly sad to watch this it’s not a sad video jut watching her gush about her husband shows how much she loved him and it’s terrible to imagine she stayed alone for so many years without him
