Hi Mini AF, I haven't commented for a while but always watch your videos. Loving the progress of this project and you come up with some great ideas using various parts! Great work on the control arms! Look sweet 😊 And the wheels sit much better at the rear now hey. No need for looney wide arches lol 🤪

Hahah I no! I was thinking I haven’t heard from Fry in a while 😅🤔 where has he been??? I agree though, I want to step it a couple sizes down in arch size if possible. Mayb even make my own 🤔 but overall I’m happy the wheels are sitting much closer 😮‍💨.

@@klegraefe Yeah I do feel bad, coz it's been like that with a few people I follow... I watch the videos on my big TV, but would have to use my phone to comment! Anyways, rest assured I always keep up with what you're doing!! I will try and make more effort to comment lol. And as for you making ya own arches...that is something that I'd like to see done. I've thought about it myself... How would start? Maybe with a piece of thick wire to shape over/ across the wheel, and maybe like a birdcage construction, then fibreglass matting, then shaping, blending?

@@andyfry1970 hahha I no that feeling and no worries 😉. I haven’t thought it through and all I no is I would want them to match and be mirror imaged on both sides which i no will be difficult haha. I like the bird cage idea for sure. Ill do some more KZfaq research on them but for now I need to finish the other control arm and I started working on an Ebrake that I’m pretty pumped on haha!

You'll negatively effect the wheel control with short arms. Would be better to make the subframe narrower and keep the longer arms.

I agree! They are 3 inches shorter but shortening the subframe would be the death of me! I imagine every bump will be aggressive but also at the same time, the front stock mini control arms are even shorter 🤔. Im going to gamble on this one and see how it plays out
