I found pavers at Home Depot that weighed 24 lbs. each for $1.68 apiece for an inexpensive base weight. I bought 8 of them bringing total weight to 192 lbs. at a cost of $13.44 plus tax. My stand has a base attachment that the pavers have to slide under at the corner. There was not enough clearance to get the pavers in place so I added two washers to each place the bolts attached to the cross bars for just enough clearance.

I really enjoy the reviews you do. I had just about made up my mind to purchase a Blackstone until I saw your Csmp Chef reviews. Made me change my mind. Also, thanks for your military service. I am retired Air Force.

Tony do you have a video of the six burner camp chef flat top griddle? Do you feel it's worth the extra money and should I holdout until the 6 burner blackstone come out later on this year ?
@tonybuddy1236 жыл бұрын
I’m filming a review video today on the 6 burner. I just need to head to my storage to grab the top off the 4 burner to compare the size! If the blackstone 50” is built like the 36” then I would pass on it. The quality and gauge of metal on the blackstone wouldn’t hold up over time. I had a tough time with the price when I purchased the 6 burner but I’m glad I did. I really like the size of this griddle and the quality of the unit is the same on all of there other models. I have owned it for almost a year and use it almost daily. I’ve keep it outside and it still looks pretty good! I’ll go over more details about the cost and whether it’s worth a purchase since you can almost get 2 of the 4 burner units for the price.

I want another model from this brand for my grill. Are you worried about heat from the grill melting it? I sear a lot of steak on my grill. Hot hot hot.
