Today I am sharing a super easy, budget friendly risotto recipe which I promise will not disappoint.. I really hope you enjoy this recipe.. let me know if you give it a try and what you think of it :)

INGREDIENTS:
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
300g risotto rice
700ml veg stock (1 veg stock and made with boiling water)
100g sun dried tomatoes
100g spinach
1/2 Boursin cheese
Salt & pepper

Hi Kerry, I hope you’re well. Great risotto recipe. I always add chicken, chorizo and frozen peas to mine with a good handful of Parmesan. I will definitely try this veggie version 😋 xx

This only takes 20 minutes.. super quick and easy.. once the lid is on.. it’s just stirring in between that takes the time! .,,

Aahh yes it’s such a lovely one.. I actually just got it from Amazon but years ago.. I think I just googled olive oil dispenser and found it that way!! Xxx
