Hello friends! Today I'm back in the kitchen stretching the dollar making heart beef stew and dumplings recipe from my Grandma! The dumplings are actually my momma's recipe but the stew is Grandma's Mennonite Stew! At the end of the video I do a budget breakdown of the costs off the meal. I am recently diagnosed with AL Amyloidosis and have just recently had a heart transplant. This is where I document my medical journey as well as all things on our homestead. I live in Northern British Columbia in the wilderness on a private homestead with our 4 adorable chihuahuas that we adore, and a boatload of chickens.
