That’s a good idea. I also switch back-and-forth depending on the scenario. Like for certain speed requirements in special events, it’s easier to use miles because it’s often a whole number

Thanks, I really appreciate that feedback! That was a longer video too. I try to make the video interesting and entertaining. I just woke up and I clicked on the video to watch it and found myself totally caught off guard by how far that car is. I was literally saying “slow down, t’s all happening too fast!!” 😅

It might be a phone problem. Sometimes it helps to reinstall the game, but sometimes that doesn’t help. If you do a reinstall make sure you do a cloud save first.

In an normal endurance race, yes, unless it will lose you more time then you gain by slowing down, in an endless endurance, definitely not, you want to go as fast as possible.

Time management is another strategy than endurance strategy. You can reach up to 63 km with time management, not more. Start, stay behind the opponents, wait at the left curve before the long straight till the clock shows 26sec. Then go... Go over the start finish line at 23 sec left. Sorry, forgot to mention that this regards to the MP4-X.

Engine sounds wrong. FM have been really lazy on engine sounds lately, I'll admit that. Great car though.

I agree that the engine sounds are being neglected. That bmw could sound way better

I think they’ve been doing more copy paste… not sure. Some of that they don’t share with us.

@@ME7_RR3 they have. In 10.0 the gt2’s had the corvette c6.r sound and the golf has the bmw sound. In 10.1 the VW xl was copy pasted from the bmw 3.0 hommage and week 3 OMP was copy pasted. 10.2 has been the worst case so far with all 6 OMP, all but 2-3 known sales, Ava 2 wtt copy pasted. the Bugatti engine sound is in the Apollo, the bmw gt3 has a Porsche sound, and probably more I’ve missed. All that aside, it seems like the quality standards are very low at the moment.

@@ME7_RR3 Imagine they would have managed to record those straight 6 engine sounds🤤 Also another car i would have loved a new engine sound was the porche 911 gt3 rsr 997. But the current sound fits with the car

Hi there. It’s a very interesting car. It requires a very different style of driving because it is so amazingly fast. You have to get on the brakes so early, earlier than any other car. Unfortunately that race doesn’t pay as much as the McLaren MP4-X at Le Mans. I don’t think any other endurance race pays as much as that one from what I’ve seen. I’ll have to give that taking two tires off track a try when the timer runs out. I haven’t heard about that one until now. Thank you!

@@ME7_RR3 I've had experience with a Hennessey venom F5 to a Bugatti Bolide and I've already learned what it's like to start braking before you see an obstacle😁 Departure of 2 wheels from the roadway probably works according to the same principle, when the braking distance increases during braking. This is best seen on the straight after the descent of Mount Panorama. It was always surprising that after stopping the timer, the car can stop even on a steep descent, but with this technique it still rolls.

I honestly would not do that. It literally took me several years to get comfortable driving the MP4-X at Le Mans. It also takes a long time to earn your currency back from that car. It’s also a very challenging car to drive, one of the harder ones in the game. The F40 race actually is a good race it’s just short. I used to do that one several times a day.

I had to look into this a bit. Turns out it was a Google play problem. Based on the following I believe you sign out, then sign back in. Might fix it. This was from the race team posted on Twitter 👉 “Hey Race Fans. The issue with Google Play logins has been resolved. If you previously signed out of Google Play, please sign in again to re-associate your Google Play account with your RR3 account. We also recommend performing a Cloud Save once you have re-linked your Google Play with your RR3 account. Thanks for your patience while we worked through this issue. “ If that doesn’t works you could ask Support to revert you to an older cloud save, before the problem started. You’ll lose a lot but not everything. For that though you have to know your CCDI/CCRR from before the problem started. After it started your CCDI/CCRR changed.

@@ME7_RR3 yeah, the Monza Road Course, at first it looked tough, but I realized that once you pass the 40th kilometer, you just build up kilometers, which is great to make some fame points and earn gold, especially that I'm still relatively low on level, 335 :D

I’ll answer both questions: (1) They call it “draft” in this game, in special events you’ll see them use that word. They even use it in F1 events in RR3. Commonly used in other sports as well. Depends where you live and which racing series you watch. I have heard “slipstream” often but am used to calling it draft. The words are synonymous. (2) I’ve explained it a lot in other videos, didn’t say as much here. To be brief, this is what happens after you pass 42 cars in any endurance race. However t’s not possible at every track or in every car. But they’re are many races where you can do this and it’s the best way to earn fame & R$ in the game. I would do a cloud save and then delete the game and reinstall it. I’ve had that happen sometimes and a reinstall often fixed it.

There’s nothing I can do, it’s a really big game. The only way you can control the size, is if you don’t download all of the assets but it doesn’t sound like you did that.

Well I haven’t had an aneurism yet! 😅 All “games” eventually cause you to hit a wall where you’re either practice a lot to improve yourself or you give up. That is where the aneurism could happen but that’s the same for every single game there is regardless of whether it’s on a cell phone, Consol, Sim or whatever. I’m not sure if there’s actually more people going to simulators than regular games in the big picture. There would have to be surveys and such to actually ascertain such information. Just because something is talked about a lot doesn’t mean it’s necessarily a percentile representation. The vast majority of people cannot afford a competitive sim rig therefore I highly doubt it’s taking over to a large degree. People might be playing more “sim games” but that’s not necessarily a simulator. To have a simulator that actually benefits you in real life requires a huge investment. Otherwise, very little would actually be transferrable. I agree that an actual flight simulator is beneficial but how many people can actually afford a true flight simulator? Or even the NASCAR sim set ups they had during Covid… Those certainly aren’t somethings you just go buy on a weekend with a few dollars between paycheques. No Sim set up is a true transference of skill as there are many factors that simply cannot be replicated. That is why people have to do a balance of Sim training and actual life training. Unless a sim actually accounts for G-force, tire degradation, changes in track conditions as it rubbers up or it’s green from rain, and the countless random things that happen every single lap, etc. If Sim can actually do all that, it’s out of price range for the vast majority of people. That being said I would still love one of those NASCAR Sms or something along those lines. But there are piles of other things I need to spend my money on before that would happen 😅
