CONTENT CREATOR MUST READ THIS You have a lot of knowledge ❤ its nice , I have a topic for the video , that is SHILAJIT , just please give us knowledge whether its good to take it for body any harm or not And its so effective so why people or coaches don't suggest it automatically to take it Please read me exp.. and help me and others what is right MY DAILY EXPERIENCE is like i take shijajit , 1 hour before doing workout so that it can be absorbed properly, now as u know shilajit gives immense power , and due to which i am able to do more workout and heavy workout too , but after that i am really exhausted and lazzy , like when i used to do workout without shilajit i always wake on on time feel active and energetic , but now from last 2 week its not the same, i take SHILAJIT bcz its ultimately make me another person like i am able to focus more , do work more and do more workout. Just confused with ym situation i hope u would have an answer ❤ And one more things hats off u have great knowledge but even after saying i will not complicate the video but its gets complicated 😂❤❤

Ekansh bhai mai jab bhi high protein diet leta hu to mera uric acid level badh jaataa hai. last time ye level 10 tak pauch gaya tha. but mujhe joint pain ya fir gout vegara nahi hai. sirf levels hi bdhte hai. So my question is ki mai kaise fat loss karu???

Aapke formlula se mera maintenance 2500 around arah calories cal se 1 se 3 days workout ke sath dekhe tih maintenance 3000 ke aas pass ara (6din jata gym) kya karu kaunsa sahi hain kisko follow karke chalu??😊

2500 khao 14 days tak, keeping workout same. Fir dekho bodyweight kaise move kar raha hai and adjust accordingly.
