I've made it work on 2k+, but it's not something you should be able to make work against the same opponent too many times. 2 stable knights + monks is a pretty good counter.

If you push deer, you definitely won't need the dark age farms. You'll have a smoother time getting farms out on time as well. I made the build not require it, but it's generally beneficial to take deer if possible.

Should work similarly with Slavs since the main reason I did the build with Vikings is for the faster farms. Berserk is arguably more useful than boyar to build out of the castle and Viking early castle age farmers are still better than Slavs.

@@SurvivalistAoE but the problem is that viking knights are not so good right? maybe this BO will work fine with slavs with we not go for the castle units and keep the knights? what other civs do you think that will do this BO nicely? maybe khmer? Awesome video btw! Really helpful! GJ!

@@vinigarcia The build is made with the Viking free wheelbarrow/hand cart in mind. It would probably be similar for some other civs with a good eco bonus, but it would not work out exactly the same.

The Saracen archers are stronger, but the Saracen market abuse still can't quite keep up with 14 Viking farms. Also, the berserk is much more useful than the mameluke. The strategy can be done with many civs, but the build will be quite a bit different.

Handcart and wheelbarrow make your villagers so much more efficient and they both come free. Using the 9WC, 14Fa, 10G, 4S split you get about (per minute factoring minor collisions and walking and no eco upgrades) No wheel wood 179.91, food 256.10, gold 195.50, stone 87.24 HC wood 196.74, food 312.00, gold 213.30, stone 90.84 ~ .8 vils on lumber, 2.6 vils on farms, 1 vil on gold, .15 vil on stone => 4.5 free vills already at sub 20 minutes (or if another player was to want this they'd have to lose out on about 5 vills of TC time and 725 resources

Maybe it looked like an easy AI, but it was actually extreme.
