I built a couple tweed style cabs with hand tools. I would have killed for a cheap table saw and a box joint jig. Beautiful work, Brad!

Fun fact: use of the term "tweed" is a misnomer: the fabric is actually a cotton twill (tweed is a woollen twill.) Although the name tweed also seems to have been a mistake: apparently a package of the cloth arrived from Scotland labelled "tw" and someone assumed that "Tweed" was meant rather than "twill"...

Yes, it's definitely cotton. Tries to go on fire when CA glue is applied.
