I like your knife collections, but even more, I like how you love and respect them. If you collected fish lures or shoes anything else, I still would watch your videos because of your personality and enthusiasm. Always bring a smile to my face. Thank you for that and your videos. I am also getting the impression that Merry keeps pretty close tabs on you and the whole operation. Ha!

Nice box . It reminds me of something I made with my grandpa. He would have been 118 a few days ago. I still have that box. Anyway nice box nice collection. Keep up the good work George.

Nice job on the box, George. I used to use Elmer’s for woodwork emote the fancier glues were available. An artist friend of ours actually created Elsie, Elmer, and the rest of the family for Borden’s.

Very nice collection indeed. The box is a perfect way to store and display your collection. I too make what I need or want. I recently completed a harvest basket out of knotty pine and hardware cloth.

Yep, I tinker so tend to make my own. Never tried a basket though....maybe in summer. Planning on a raised garden here at the cottage. Be safe my friend

Congrats sir ! I have a soft spot for scout pattern pocket knives as that was the first knife I ever had given to me by my dad. I passed it down to my son . I have several of dad’s scout knives and several Victorinox knives that I carry. I guess I should start collecting more of them. Thank you for sharing !

From what I understand, rough Ryders and Marbles are made in the same factory in china, and you can kinda tell if you buy enough of both, which I have. You’re not gonna find many brands for this price, with the build quality both brands display. I love my vintage American, German, Japanese traditionals, but I started on the RR and marbles stuff, and I’m glad I did. Great carry knives, you won’t mind as much losing or breaking one, as you would something pricier. I’ve made similar display boxes, but with old cigar boxes I bought on the cheap. Cool video George, really enjoy watching your stuff. Be well brother

Need to make me a couple of those boxes, seeing how you have inspired me to start my own collections, mine being Rough Rider knives though. I really like the finished looks of that box. Also I think a visit to the craft section of Walmart will get me all I need for just a few dollars. Enjoy your snow George. I was thinking this might be a hard winter for us, but no, no snow yet, and the time for snow is quickly running out. I do very much enjoy your channel. I just seem to be able to relate so well to the stuff you do.

I love this collection of yours, and you have inspired me to complete mine. That box you made is really neat. I'm nowhere near that industrious. When I'm looking for a box this size, I usually go down to the tobacco shop ( I do not smoke) and buy some wooden cigar boxes. One of the local shops sells really nice boxes, from very expensive cigars, two for $5. Can't beat 'em! I enjoy your videos. Please keep it up! (Oh, and I love your Spam shirt)

$55, wow. That's incredible that you can get all those knives for that price. Years ago I put together a collection of Rough Rider stag bone knives. I think I got the entire series but it took me a while. The problem is that they are more expensive here in Canada. And some of them I had to order from the USA which again added to the price. I have never seen that first knife that you took out with that curved blade.

Yep, cannot beat the price...lol. the first knife is not such a common traditional knife, called a Reaper, I suspect because the blade resembles the Reapers syth. Thanks watching always appreciated

Another great video! So you've inspired me to start a Rough Ryder collection. I got my eye on the copper swirl series but am having Trouble trying to figure out how many knives are in the complete series. Any suggestions?

What I did was SMKW. Unfortunately was they have changed thier website. It used to let you search a certain series. The way I did this was Google marbles G10 ORANGE. And made a list. It's a tough way. Also check ebay. Thanks for watching 👍 goid luck. I'm going for faded blue jean from RR.

Cool, George! You could prop the open box up at your desk there, and admire them. I have some cigar boxes full of knives that I do that with. Swap the boxes out with other ones. Admiring my sharp and pointies. That’s a cool collection!
