Thanks for this tutorial. I'm about to start my first seatbelt and the idea of threading the buckles before cutting them is going to save me a lot of time. :)

Lol it's easy to do when working with any small part. I usually have a towel on my lap to help catch any part that falls. It doesn't help with the parts that rocket out of the tweezers though. Stay well my friend.

I would like to try a set of these belts now. It is so much more realistic than PE belts. What company did you get the HGW set from, and does that company have an extensive inventory of modelling products? My other question is the glue you used. What is it called again, where can I get a bottle, and does it stay black once dried? Good video by the way.

Thank you so much! I always get these belts off of ebay not always the same seller just who has the best price. Most of the time they come from Czech. The Glue is VMS black flexy 5k if your from the USA I get it from Michigan Toy Soldier, if your outside the USA your best bet would be direct from the manufacturer. It dries a clear smokey color but any excess is easily cleaned up with a brush damp with CA debonder. Stay well my friend, I'm happy to help.
