It's time to swap out the frame on the 86 Honda trx250r, we have got a lot of work to do. Also, we need to swap out some parts that I want to upgrade.

That's terrible sending those parts like that. An expensive part damaged for the lack of a couple of bucks worth of bubble wrap. This is looking amazing. Love the frame colour. 👌

The machine looks amazing! 👌 seems like a list of rare parts going on it. For the color.... I would say the black hood with the black cover. Change the seat to be more black with red accents. Would make that beautiful frame pop

PSI Jug looks sick use to use PSI pipes on some of my snowmobiles always worked great. Cool build the mighty honda 250r legendary. For plastics id go white blue seat and cover. The shocks u ordered is good enough man for sure.

Hot roding Is using what u got ya new is always nice but after its not new its just another used part. Use what u have the axles will do the job lone star or dura blue. But i do know how u feel im also very anal with everything i do lol!! Black carbon fiber with white and red seat will work. Black will also work i just love white lol!!

Get rpm axle guaranteed for life, I bent mine and they fixed it.

I like the durablue axle they are guaranteed too. I never bent a durablue before. I'm going to clean it up some more or atleast try to

@@garagemcmatt I think rpm is the strongest axle made, what is the guarantee on the durable, you have to register your rpm axle

Bro its coming out sick. The A arms came out fuckin perfect bro I got new fullflight a arms for the raptor and I think you did just as good of a job with your powder coating as fullflight no BS either. And mine are black to.

IMO I do believe that new red plastic with the black carbon tank and hood would look fantastic. Can't wait till it's finished. One thing I done last summer when I rebuilt my 200X was to replace all of the bolts with titanium bolts. They are polished and look really cool but expensive. Just food for thought if you want to go a step farther.

I just bought these nikel plated bolts. I was looking at the titanium bolts they definitely are pricey. If your into 200x's I'm probably going to sell this 86 after I clean it up a little

@garagemcmatt 8 x 35mm bolt runs north of $8. I used bolts from Probolt and Racetec.

@garagemcmatt After I was finished I was afraid to add up the total because I replaced a few at a time. The hardest to replace was the lower motor mount bolts. Odd length, I eventually found them in Leeds, England from a outfit called RaceTi.

sometimes i mispronounce words to piss people off . i call the grab bar a bumper 🤣🤣. the elka stage 4 is plenty for anybody not racing . i went with the trx450 and 400ex front end for handling and weight saving . the only thing id change is the axel . id run the LSR with the LSR hubs lol . the problem you had with them brand new hubs is exactly why i order parts like that DIRECTLY from the company . ive been raped by people like that before and never again will it happen . if im spending over 200$ , im calling the company directly . i cant afford to buy the wrong part or messed up part that somebody wont take back . my 86 is black frame , red fenders and chrome / billet suspension . my Nac's replica i call it is an 89 with blue fullbore plasics , candy apple red frame and will have chrome / billet suspension . i like candy and chrome 😋🤤

Idk what kind of plastics that youre gonna go with, but ive got a BRAND NEW, still in the plastic, FULL set of fighting red, Maier plastics. But now i want white. So if youd be interested in some kind of trade, lmk.
