Yes, I am as well. However I want the cooling solution to be as optimal as possible, so I am taking my time selecting the right one.

I built a 13700k with Gigabyte's creator board but if I didn't already have SFP+ for my 10g network I'd have gone with the Pro Art. Nice bunch of parts, gonna be a beast of a workstation.

This will be my first PC build where 10gig network adapter is on the motherboard. I hope that means I don't run into as many driver problems as I've had with the 10gig add-on cards I've used. I will be dedicating this PC to Video creation, so I will likely have it located in a separate part of my Home/Office and remote into it as needed. Davincci Resolve does support remote rendering over the network as long as I buy one more Pro license. Another part of my 'Dream' setup.

I still have a per-requisite Gaming PC upgrade to complete. I have a faster CPU on the shelf for my daughters PC that I need to install. Then the CPU from her machine will go into my new server. I just need to wait until she graduates the degree program she is in right now first (sometime in May) before I get her computer to work on. Thanks for watching Jay.

WOW, you are one of the rare Intel lovers I've come across. I tend to lean that way not because I like intel as a company (and definitely not their prices), but there are a number of stability improvements I have personally experienced.

Looking forward to seeing that MB and what it has to offer. Is that a full tower case? Corsair has some cool fans that click together using less cables and a hub, you going to go that route as well? What a nice parts list so far.

The case is not considered a Full Tower, but a large Mid-Tower. The case fans I have that will be used are ARGB and PWM (I forget the brand at this moment however). The cooling solution I select will likely include or require two or three more fans, so hopefully they blend in well with what I already have. Thanks for watching.

I would go Artic 420 AIO but you need the case to match that beast :)) Corsair 5000D ..... Let me guess.... it was on Sale :))

Kathrin, you know me well :) Of course it was On Sale. I would really like to try a Custom Water Cooling option, but it is not decided yet.

Thank you for this video.. Mine is a similar build but not as beefy as yours, but I am well pleased. MB: ASUS ProArt z790 - Creator RAM: 2x Fury Beast 32GB DDR5 CPU: i9 13Gen 13900k 24 core GPU: MSi NVIDIA 4090 Storage: 1 M2 2TB internal and 4 External WD 20TB HDD (80TB external for security and BU) Coolant: CoarseAir Request video on your Ez UEFI Setup.. i.e overclocking, boot sequence, suggested settings...etc. And do you also plan on adding a RAID to your rig?

That sounds very good indeed. I am just about to move on to the next step of placing the completed motherboard into the case, however I'm going to interrupt do that to update the BIOS to version 2402 (which I will create a video on of course). I am doing that to limit the issue recently found between the 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs and certain higher-end motherboards (like ours). It seem that the default settings used by the motherboards (and not limited by the motherboards) is leading to increased CPU failures and reduced life due to improper voltages, higher clock speeds, and severely high power draw generating excessive heat. Stay tuned.
