14:52 You probably figured this out already but yes, it's because you're using hdmi instead of DP. My 165hz monitor only support up to 144hz through hdmi.

Here are the precentages of bottleneck on this build if you want. General Tasks: 20% Processor Intense Tasks: 36% Graphics Card Intense Tasks: 0% I calculated all on 1080p (yes i did use a bottleneck calculator)
