The small panel on the wing on my trumpeter kit covers machine guns for reloading, nice video with commentary instead of just music 😊

Thank you! Yeah, on other variants the machine guns should be there. I am hoping this means that they are going to make different variations eventually. To be fair, this kit seems to be more of a D variant than a G.

"Flap door thingy" is cable-actuated from cockpit, and is closed on start/ take-off in dusty conditions. ALL D/G Stukas had Delbag (co. brand name; in business today) oil-wetted air filter/cleaner, a defacto tropical air filter system, immediately under cowl, as part of the supercharger air intake. That's why you do not see EXTERNAL tropical filters on any D models in Africa.
