I agree, Tavarish is going to be hard pressed to even get near the same level as Trevor's Supra build, not to mention he did every last bit by himself and this is not a knock on Tavarish I still enjoy the videos but Trevor just killed it in every way possible

When you were chopping that ECU up I wondered why? Was it burned out? As usual, you do things bass ackwards...seat? The seats look OK are not high priority....you could finish the whole car and then change seats.

Exactly. The seats are fine. Sure red isn't the best color but they don't look torn or anything. Throw some armor all on them and spend that money on the paint/exterior.

Lmao I did the same went with a Link G4 I dont even know where the OEM ECU is 🤣🤣 3 years ago when I did the transmission swap the OEM ECUs were throw away parts basically you could get them on YAJ for ¥5,000-¥15,000 every day of the week. Times have changed

Relax, man. I won't say that I appreciate his working method of jumping around projects, but hey, it works for him. The Lambo is being finished up in the painting and tailoring shops and there was nothing but filler content about it he could do. These projects seem to get going as he gets mates to help out with stuff, or just some motivation.

I feel like there's a KZfaq viewing method to this. I don't watch a lot of his builds. I don't watch a lot of builds other people do too, coughRobDahmsrotaryvette. So when another channel does a big build I don't watch, I won't watch the channel for a month or more. Tavarish varies his videos, and I consistently watch his channel more than others. But yeah, his builds take forever. He does cool shit, though.

Hey Tavarish, I work as an auto body guy, and yes, the wrap glue is a real pain. The best trick we found was methyl hydrate; soak a rag in the stuff, lay the rag on the section you want to clean off, and wait a couple of minutes. Then rub it off with that rag, keeping it wet with the methyl hydrate. It's about 80-90% effective, and better than IPA or goo-gone, and the best way I found so far!

Most of those adhesives are naptha based. And that's what lighter fluid is. WD40 isn't. Any 3M auto body shop supplier has all the right stuff to remove vinyl adhesives & residue, but Freddy likes to go his own way.

Great video again Tavarish! Just wanted to say that music choice for the one starting at 4:12 didn't really fit the video at all, and I prefer the older music you used to use. But the video itself is amazing and I cannot wait to see this project come to completion.

@@KeenanStyles if i remember correctly, the car has to be 25 years or older to be imported to the united states where it can then be made road legal (not 100% sure as im canadian)

Hey Freddy! Next time head to Ardex and pickup their overspray solution. One of the services my business offers is tint/vinyl removal and I’ve tried every liquid you could think of when it comes to removing glue residue from cars. Ardex’s overspray is by far the best for breaking down glue or sticky residue from tint/vinyl removal. Keep up the good work man! Love your content!
