Hey Freddy, (This is Zlatko lol) It was a pleasure rallying with you guys. That Tire was a pain in the butt to find! My co-driver John and one of the Dustball photographers (Jerry) drove to about 4 different tire shops with none of them having anything in stock. The Tire shop in Santa Fe only had one left, not even a pair to match, so we snatched it up right then and there to make sure you guys could stay in the game!

Worked in a tire shop for 2 years, first thing we did was replace the valve stem... unless it had steel stems or TPS.

The lesson here is always use metal valve stems, it's required by NHRA rules if you run over a 10 second pass, but it's also just a good preventative.

I am watching this and everyone of the series seems so genuinely nice no attitudes or fake representations of what things are such as endless budgets and manufactured drama. I want to build a tuner car one day I know nothing about it so this giving some really good ideas knowing that it can be done staying with the basics and still get performance. Granted I do know these guys are skilled experts.

Yep valve stems are often overlooked by many. For the cost, they should be changed every time the tyre is. Also if you ever use the can of tyre fix emergency repair it will rot the valve stem rubber.

I caravaned with 3 other cars from Colorado to Kentucky and back with my 1991 135K mile 3000GT SL a couple years back and I had the only vehicle that made the round trip without a breakdown. Love my 3000GT's all four of them. 2 1991's and 2 1992's. 2 SL's and 2 VR4's. 2 pearl white and 2 fiji blue.

I want to give props and mad respect to Jared. Because out if the past half a dozen or so videos here on Tavarish channel Jared has always had on eye protection when he was working under the car. So every time a vehicle was above Jareds eyes he had on eye protection, that's pretty sweet in my book. I really enjoy the Aussie channel Might Car Mods but I rarely see either Marty or Moot have on eye protection. So props to Jared
